Each van load is covered for loss or damage to £10.000 of customers' belongings during transit, subject to an excess charge of £250 per claim

  • Claims must be reported at the time of occurrence – no claim will be accepted after the payment has been made and SafeVans team has left the site
  • It is customer's responsibility to make sure insurance is arranged if required
  • Such extra insurance can be arranged through our insurers/brokers
